One atom thick. Built for heavy industry.

Graphene is the material at the heart of what we make. Here is what it is, what it does and how it reaches your product.

What is graphene?

Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms bonded in a hexagonal, honeycomb pattern. It is the thinnest material known, yet that one layer holds a rare mix of strength, conductivity and flexibility.

Added in small amounts to everyday materials, it can lift their performance well beyond what they achieve alone. That is what makes it useful across so many industries at once.

What graphene brings

Four properties explain why graphene matters to manufacturers.

Conducts with ease

Electrons move through the lattice with very little resistance, so graphene carries heat and electricity efficiently. That makes it valuable in electronics, sensors and thermal management.

Strong yet light

Graphene is among the strongest materials ever tested, while staying flexible and extremely light. Added to composites, it raises strength without adding weight.

A natural barrier

Its tightly packed atoms block gases and liquids. In coatings and packaging, that helps keep out moisture, oxygen and corrosion.

Works with what you make

As an additive in coatings, inks, polymers, cement and more, graphene improves the materials manufacturers already use, often with few changes to existing production.

How graphene reaches your product

Graphene can be supplied in the form that suits your process, so it fits into production you already run.

Powder

Blended into dry mixes such as cement, or used as a starting material for further processing.

Dispersion

Suspended in liquid for paints, inks, lubricants and coatings.

Masterbatch

Premixed with polymers for compounding into plastics and rubber.

Custom formulation

Developed with you for a specific product and performance target.

From lab to line

A strong material is only useful if it performs the same way every time. We focus on consistent quality, proper dispersion and clear testing so graphene delivers in production, not only in the lab.
